Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation projects and build client relationships in a rapidly growing practice. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, guiding teams to deliver ITSM enhancements and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, gather requirements, design architecture, and drive successful project outcomes while mentoring a 3–5 person team, including offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience preferred.
• CSA or CAD certification required; ITSM Implementation Specialist certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore members.
• Engage stakeholders, translate requirements into architecture solutions, ensure alignment with business objectives.
