You will manage demand intake, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support, coordinating with sponsors and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Systems Engineering Life Cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or Information Management Systems.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years leading a project delivery IT solutions.
• Experience leading ServiceNow development projects.
• PMP certification.
• SAFe certification.
• Willing to obtain Secret clearance.

On this program, CACI delivers capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise ITSM solution.Responsibilities:• Provide leadership and direct the activities of a cross-functional technical team for the delivery of large-scale software development products according to the Agile methodology.• Oversee projects from Demand Intake, requirements, analysis, design, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.• Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors and stakeholders.• Create and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.• Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.• Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.• Ensure adherence to the customer’s Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.Qualifications:Required:• Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Will consider experience in lieu of education• 15+ Years of relevant experience• 6 or more years of leading a team/project delivery IT solutions• Ability to work independently with little direction and management oversight.• Ability to lead in a fast-moving environment to implement on time and on schedule.• Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow Development projects.• Experience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification• Experience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules.• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification• Willing to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite in Chantilly, VA• Willing and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
