The ideal candidate combines ITSM process knowledge with ServiceNow expertise to deliver scalable, ITIL-aligned solutions, working onsite five days per week.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• Experience designing ITSM workflows on ServiceNow.
• Ability to translate complex requirements for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Document and optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Coordinate deployment of ITSM processes in ServiceNow per ITIL best practices.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs for platform development.
• Lead workshops to define current/future state and best-in-class solutions.
• Ensure ITSM modules align with goals, compliance, and platform standards.
• Support testing, training, and transition to support; engage in upgrades and roadmaps.
