General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a seasoned Solutions Manager to guide a team delivering ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM solutions for a DHS IT customer. This leadership role focuses on requirements gathering, design, and managing developers and testers in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has ServiceNow ITSM experience, ITIL and related certifications, and the ability to present to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/engineering/business
• 5-10 years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification
• ServiceNow Technical Certification
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, NIST, and ATO requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM Deployment for the customer
• Manage developers and their tasks to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery
• Lead maturing ITSM processes across the organization
• Integrate Change, Service Asset & Configuration, and Release Management
• Provide weekly and monthly metrics for customer reporting
• Develop ITSM tool training materials and deliver instruction
• Provide guidance to less-experienced staff
• Support on-time contract deliverables and products
