Qualifications

• Experience configuring ServiceNow Event Management integrations for monitored infrastructure.
• Ability to implement correlation, aggregation, suppression, and deduplication rules.
• Knowledge of configuring alert-to-CMDB binding and service impact visibility.

• Work with ScienceLogic and Splunk teams to ensure end-to-end event flow and visibility.
• Support user acceptance testing, production deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
