Job summary

A growing IT consultancy is seeking a Service-Now Consultant based in the United States. Candidates must have over 4 years of experience with ITIL, including at least 2 years working with ServiceNow. Strong skills in UI development (HTML5, XML, CSS) and database management are essential. This is a Full-Time Permanent position that requires U.S. citizens or authorized workers. Regular travel may be needed, and applicants should provide their Visa Status in their application.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementing ITIL, Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management.
• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge in HTML5, XML, CSS and CMS.
• Experience with RDBMS systems like Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITIL and Enterprise Service Management.
• Develop and work with ServiceNow applications.
• Design RDBMS systems and work with various databases.
• Integrate applications and perform analytics.
