Job summary

EY is hiring a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead ServiceNow transformation teams and enhance the IT Asset Management processes. You will manage a team and develop solutions to both technical and creative challenges, ensuring clients receive superior service.

This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of ServiceNow, including IT Asset Management, with a focus on problem-solving and team mentorship. A successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate the ability to establish client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 4-6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management experience.
• Excellent soft skills including executive communication and problem-solving.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams to provide competitive edges for clients.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10 resources.
• Define user/customer requirements and develop user interfaces.
