Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a mid-level GRC Program Manager to own the build-out of the firm’s GRC framework on ServiceNow. This role sits at the intersection of Risk and Audit, driving the program roadmap and ensuring a quality assurance layer across two lines of defense.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functionally with Risk and Audit to balance platform requirements with business needs, acting as the trusted program owner committed to end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow IRM is required.
• Proven end-to-end program management experience.
• Not an architect or end-user; true middle-ground PM.
• Financial services background preferred, others considered with the right ServiceNow skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the GRC program management across Risk and Audit within the Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices team.
• Build and QA GRC frameworks on ServiceNow as a quality‑assurance layer across two lines of defense.
• Define and drive the program roadmap with senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Audit, and other stakeholders to align priorities.

JCW is partnering with a prestigious investment management firm to hire for a GRC Program Manager within their Risk & Audit organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a ServiceNow-savvy program manager to own the build-out of the firm's GRC framework, shaping how Risk and Audit operate on the platform. This is a rare mid-level seat, not an architect role, not an end-user role for someone who can sit in the middle and actually run the program.

What You'll Do

• Own the program management of the firm's GRC system, sitting at the intersection of Risk and Audit as part of the Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices team
• Manage and build out GRC frameworks on ServiceNow, functioning as a quality‑assurance layer across the two lines of defense
• Partner directly with the Director of Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices and senior leadership to define and drive the program roadmap
• Work cross-functionally with adjacent business stakeholders across Risk and Audit to align priorities and delivery
• Manage processes (not people) — bridging the gap between technical ServiceNow build‑out and day-to-day program execution
• Operate independently as a trusted program owner, balancing platform requirements against business needs

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience
• Direct experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) is required
• Proven program management experience, able to manage a program end-to-end, not just execute within one
• Someone who sits in the true middle ground: not a ServiceNow architect/builder, and not simply an end user of the tool
• Financial services background preferred, but candidates from other industries with the right ServiceNow + program management combination will be considered
• A self‑starter who can manage competing priorities and work cross‑functionally with limited oversight

This role is open to candidates from investment banks, asset managers, or other financial services organizations with dedicated GRC/ServiceNow program functions, as well as strong ServiceNow program managers from adjacent industries.
