Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Phoenix, United States, seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer/Consultant to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions. The role focuses on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and platform development.

You will work on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and Audit Management, configuring risk controls, indicators, and continuous monitoring, and building workflows, dashboards, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with IRM/GRC modules and risk management workflows.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications.
• Work on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management modules.
• Configure risk/control frameworks, risk assessments, and indicators.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, risk/compliance teams, and auditors.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical IRM support.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
