Job summary

Artifintech seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer/Consultant to design, develop, configure, and implement IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on GRC, risk management processes, and compliance management within ServiceNow.

You will design and implement IRM applications, configure risk assessments, and integrate with other enterprise systems while collaborating with stakeholders and auditors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC modules and risk management.
• Experience with Policy & Compliance Management and Audit Management.
• Experience with Risk and Control Assessments and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications.
• Work on Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management modules.
• Configure risk and control frameworks, risk assessments, and indicators.
• Develop workflows, flows, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with third-party systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance teams and auditors.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
