Job summary

Artifintech seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer/Consultant to design, develop, configure, and implement IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on GRC, risk management processes, and compliance management within ServiceNow.

You will design and implement IRM applications, configure risk assessments, and integrate with other enterprise systems while collaborating with stakeholders and auditors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Developer/Consultant to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), risk management processes, compliance management, and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications.
• Work on Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management modules.
• Configure Risk and Control frameworks, risk assessments, and indicators.
• Implement Advanced Risk Assessments and Continuous Monitoring.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Configure IRM entities, profiles, controls, risks, and control objectives.
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and auditors.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for IRM applications.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Knowledge of Risk Management and Policy & Compliance Management.

• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
