Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in ServiceNow administration, configuration, maintenance, integration and upgrades.
• 4+ years in ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations and data modelling.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP, SSO/SAML, LDAP, and cloud integration patterns.
• Experience building dashboards and governance reports using Power BI.
• Familiarity with ITOM CMDB discovery and CMDB relationships.
• Ability to design, implement and maintain IT operations management workflows.

Responsibilities

Role Description

• ** ServiceNow Vulnerability reporting skillset:
• Container Vulnerability Management: Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities to ensure timely and consistent mitigation.
• Infrastructure Vulnerability Workflow: Define processes and workflows to manage vulnerabilities related to endpoints and IP addresses that are not currently mapped to specific assets within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Reporting and Governance: Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into vulnerability posture, remediation progress, and program effectiveness. **
• 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP.
• Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowerShell.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills.
• Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs.
