Job summary

SGS Consulting in Florida is seeking an experienced ServiceNow integration specialist to design, develop, and support integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Scripted REST/SOAP APIs. You will build reliable data flows between ServiceNow and Jira, SAP, cloud, and custom apps while ensuring security, performance, and scalability standards.

You will troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing integrations and document designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Frontend and backend JavaScript skills with Glide APIs.
• Experience building integrations via REST/SOAP and Scripted APIs.
• Knowledge of data formats like JSON/XML/CSV/YAML.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, TLS mutual authentication.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow integrations.

Design, develop, and support integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Scripted REST/SOAP APIs. Build and maintain reliable data flows between ServiceNow and third-party systems (Jira, SAP, cloud, and custom apps). Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality integration solutions. Ensure integrations meet security, performance, and scalability standards. Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing integrations. Document integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures. Support ITSM/ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.

Skills

JavaScript skills, including Glide APIs and server-side scripting. IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, and JDBC. Data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, YAML.
