Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge expert to join our HR Colleague Experience Team, delivering scalable technology solutions for HR operations. You will collaborate with business leaders to define vision and roadmap, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and ongoing engagement with ServiceNow Community to stay ahead of platform releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• 5+ years configuring ServiceNow in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
• 5+ years generating reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform with roadmap ownership.
• 2+ years with AI-enabled capabilities within ServiceNow (AI Search, virtual agent, predictive intelligence).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support HRSD roadmap and knowledge management.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product.
• Maintain deliverables, timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered product meets business needs and objectives.
• Deliver enhancements, requests and defects with scalable solutions.
• Gather requirements, optimize processes, design, configure and test.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Evaluate ServiceNow capabilities through research and testing.
• Engage in ServiceNow release process and future enhancement opportunities.
• Advise on best practices and drive innovation for HRSD capabilities.
• Integrate data to influence ServiceNow strategy and share insights.
• Generate reports to support business decisions and opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members; provide strategic direction to product teams.
