The ideal candidate combines functional and technical expertise, can drive product roadmaps, manage prioritization, and deliver enhancements across HR shared services, content and intranet experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively increasing responsibility with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge Management.
• 5+ years configuring ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
• 3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform, with accountability for roadmap and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmap, including colleague portal and HR Knowledge Management.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Deliver enhancements, project requests and defects with scalable solutions.
