Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD specialist who will work closely with the ITSM team to advance HR service delivery across the organization. The role offers the chance to influence platform strategy during a large-scale transformation.

You will implement, maintain, and support platforms, manage operations of enterprise systems, monitor performance, and develop automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as a systems engineer or related position 3–5 years required.
• Review of experience in lieu of degree allowed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and support platforms including software, networks, hardware, and databases.
• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise platforms (applications, servers, storage, networked services).
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues across environments.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency; participate in upgrades and patch management.
