Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Agile Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency's HRM IT Sustainment effort.

This off-site role requires periodic on-site meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) and other Washington, DC area locations. You will deliver multiple Agile projects, define roadmaps with the Product Owner, and manage a multidisciplinary team while aligning with security requirements and contract funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of federal HR IT systems experience.
• Active Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using Agile project management.
• Define product roadmaps with the Product Owner and translate roadmaps into user stories.
• Prioritize product backlog, manage a multidisciplinary team, and support testing to ensure quality.
