Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist – Senior to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) HRM Applications IT Sustainment effort. This is a hybrid remote role with periodic meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other Washington, DC area locations.

Anticipated Start: January 2027; Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years; Salary Range: $135,000–$180,000. Compensation based on experience and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business process re-engineering with increasing responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication and business presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilitation, training, methodology development/evaluation, process reengineering, best-practice identification, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity/data modeling, and information-system development support.
• Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to modernization projects; develop modern business methods, performance measures, and integrate new processes with existing processes.
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts and communicate process changes to business and technical stakeholders.
