Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple DISA-driven projects under the GSM-O II contract in Arlington, TX. You will drive planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery using Agile practices and governance for DISN/DODIN environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, deliver CDRLs, and report to senior leadership while maintaining regulatory and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting project management in a technical or IT environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate project vision, strategy, and goals across cross-functional teams.
• Define, document, and oversee project team roles and authorities.
• Direct project operations and executive-level reporting for senior leadership.
• Champion Agile methodologies and facilitate key ceremonies.
• Lead Product Owner Synchronization meetings for alignment.
• Monitor risks, issues, and action items with timely escalation.
• Identify and resolve complex project-related challenges.
• Drive process improvement to optimize execution.
• Oversee project artifacts and deliverables for compliance and quality.
• Maintain integrated project schedules with progress and risks.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and executives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
