Job summary

RapDev in Boston is seeking a ServiceNow Engineering Co-op—an immersive, full-time internship for current CS students to learn from experienced developers on real customer projects. No prior ServiceNow experience required; you'll go through training, sharpen JavaScript skills, join customer meetings, and receive mentorship from senior engineers while contributing to live projects.

Onsite work is required; the program aims to transition into a full-time ServiceNow Engineer role after graduation

Responsibilities

• Go through RapDev's ServiceNow training program and work toward certifications.

• Sit in on customer meetings and sprint demos to see how projects actually run.
• Get mentorship while configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Write and test scripts (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, etc.).
• Help troubleshoot configuration issues alongside the team.
• Join our internal SCRUM calls and share your ideas.
• Keep a running log of what you're learning and where you're getting stuck (this helps us help you)

About the Role

Want to break into enterprise software before you even graduate? RapDev is looking for current Computer Science (or related) students who want real hands-on experience with ServiceNow — one of the fastest-growing platforms in enterprise tech. This is a full-time internship where you'll learn directly from experienced developers and architects while working on actual customer projects, immersed in the team day in and day out.

No prior ServiceNow experience needed. We'll teach you the platform from the ground up — you just need to bring curiosity, solid programming fundamentals, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Go through RapDev's ServiceNow training program and work toward certifications

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field
• Available to work full-time (this internship works well for a co-op term, or a gap semester
• Comfortable with programming fundamentals, especially JavaScript
• Genuinely curious about new tech and enjoys solving problems
• Communicates well and works well with others
• Able to work onsite and be part of the team in person
• Interested in sticking around and growing in the ServiceNow world long-term

Nice-to-Haves (not required, just a bonus)

• Any exposure to ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms
• Experience with REST APIs or scripting outside of class projects
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM
