Job summary

Central Point Partners seeks a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for our direct banking client. The role is based in Columbus, OH with a hybrid setup (4 days on site, 1 day remote).

You will drive architecture decisions, review processes, and coordinate integrations while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategies and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in architecture or related roles.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform, CMDB, integrations, security, release process.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive ServiceNow architecture across enterprise applications.
• Lead design, development and implementation of enterprise solutions.
• Coordinate integrations and governance to ensure EA compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT strategy and business goals.
