Take2 Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator who is ready to grow into a ServiceNow Platform Engineer role supporting a secure federal environment. This is an implementation- and engineering-focused opportunity—not a developer position. The selected consultant will work alongside an experienced ServiceNow development and engineering team, gaining exposure to enterprise architecture, integrations, data migration, security, and platform implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules.

This role is ideal for a strong ServiceNow professional who wants to move beyond day-to-day administration and take the next step into platform engineering and solution implementation. A potential hybrid schedule may be available.

What You'll Work On

Design, document, and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture and technical solutions.

Lead implementation and configuration efforts across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and ITAM modules.

Develop and execute data migration strategies, including ETL processes, transformation mapping, and validation.

Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Splunk, Tanium, Active Directory, MFA, and authentication solutions.

Establish and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and secure authentication solutions.

Support ServiceNow deployments within secure, disconnected, and air-gapped federal environments.

Collaborate with government stakeholders, architects, engineers, and technical teams to deliver project objectives.

Provide Operations & Maintenance support, including platform updates, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Participate in Agile delivery activities, technical reviews, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder training.

Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, status reports, runbooks, and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

Active Top Secret security clearance. Candidates with higher-level active clearances are also welcome.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, and sustainment experience.

Experience supporting ServiceNow in federal, DoD, Intelligence Community, or other highly secure environments.

Strong experience with ServiceNow module configuration, enterprise integrations, and large-scale data migrations.

Experience integrating Active Directory, MFA, YubiKey, or comparable authentication technologies.

Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL methodologies and Agile delivery practices.

Experience developing technical architecture documentation and solution designs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), or Software Asset Management (SAM).

Experience with DoDAF, FEAF, or other federal enterprise architecture frameworks.

Experience supporting secure, disconnected, or air-gapped environments.
