Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to own the full lifecycle of client engagements from discovery through delivery. You will be the primary contact between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence while building trusted relationships for long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end engagements, coordinating across sales, engineering, and PMO, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) beneficial.
• 6+ years in Engagement/Project Management with time, cost, scope, and risk management; PMP a plus.
• 4+ years in professional consulting, preferably ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects with schedules, milestones, and forecasts; meet deadlines.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams.
• Facilitate discovery, gather requirements, and develop client-ready deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, finance, legal, and PMO.
