Job summary

GCyber seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support a high-profile Air Force program at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will build workflows, dashboards and modules across ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM, delivering incident, change, asset management and project delivery capabilities onsite.

The role requires active DoD SECRET clearance, ServiceNow CAD, and 5+ years of development experience in a sprint government environment, with strong JavaScript and integration skills (REST/SOAP).

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• ServiceNow CAD certification.
• DoD 8140/8570 IA baseline certification.
• BA/BS degree and 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Development experience in ITSM, ITBM, or ITAM.
• Experience with JavaScript, GlideRecord and GlideAjax, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience working in a sprint model with a Government product owner.

Responsibilities

• Provide ServiceNow development and build workflows with Government sprint and DevOps team.
• Develop across ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules.
• Build dashboards and reporting from ticket and network data.
• Configure and customize the platform to reflect system design changes and equipment upgrades.
• Respond to user configuration change requests and implement them.
• Support ServiceNow training for Government and contractor staff.
