Job summary

Falls Technology is seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer for an on-site role in Chantilly, VA. You will design and implement automation-heavy workflows inside the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and catalog items to support a federal national-security mission.

You will map processes, author user stories, conduct UAT, and develop SOPs and training materials to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• ServiceNow development: Flow Designer, Integration Hub, catalog items, subflows.
• ServiceNow PPM
• Process mapping, user stories and UAT

Responsibilities

• Build automation-heavy workflows in Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Create service catalog items and reusable subflows.
• Build PPM forms and flows.
• Support A&A/RMF processes in ServiceNow.
• Map processes, write user stories, run UAT and write SOPs and training
