Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• Certification: ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Analyze and document web-based components and interfaces.
• Integrate with APIs, databases and reports.
• Enhance UX/UI, reduce maintenance and accelerate delivery.
• Manage Tier 1–3 support and create IT documentation.
