Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows for enterprise services.
• Develop automated request, approval, assignment, notification, and fulfillment workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms and REST APIs.
• Provide support for incident, change, and knowledge management workflows.
• Create dashboards to monitor request status and service performance.
