• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, etc.)
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Solutions within secure federal environments. TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL:

• Own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle for enterprise ServiceNow solutions, from technical design through deployment.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction on best practices in a high‑stakes, cleared environment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability through thoughtful development and innovation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a current Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• Must be willing and eligible to obtain SCI access as required for the role.
• Must be willing to work on‑site five days per week in a secure SCIF environment in the Northern Virginia/DMV area.
• Prior experience working directly on a cleared or classified network.
• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Mastery of the ITSM suite – Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and more.
• Comfort working fully onsite in the DMV.
• Strong grasp of SDLC processes in secure or regulated environments.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITSM, CAD, etc.).
• Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous SCI access within the past 24 months is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules such as SecOps, Discovery, or HAM/SAM.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and DevOps integrations within ServiceNow.
