Job summary

Ladders is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Principal to join our information technology team. This role designs, builds, and customizes applications on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise workflows and operational efficiency.

You will automate processes, drive system integrations with REST and SOAP, create custom scripts, manage user interfaces and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reports and improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in developing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM applications.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST integration methods.
• Strong scripting skills, preferably JavaScript.
• Understanding of data management and Agile processes.

For our client, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer Principal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on designing, building, and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise workflows and operational efficiency. The position will also drive automation, integrations, and platform enhancements that improve user experience and help business stakeholders achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reporting, dashboards, troubleshooting support, and system improvements across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,000 – $161,000 annually
