Ladders is seeking a Principal Consulting Engineer - ServiceNow to lead enterprise ServiceNow delivery for global clients, driving architecture and implementation excellence in a remote US-based role.

You will partner with consulting leaders to shape standardized approaches, mentor engineers, and help grow the practice while ensuring client success. The role requires strong communication and leadership, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, or 10+ years with 3 years in large enterprise consulting
• Demonstrated leadership and expertise in technical architecture design
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Excellent communication skills with experience in technology recommendations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to client sites
• Valid U.S. driver's license required

• Oversee technical solutions across multiple projects to improve synergy and visibility
• Collaborate with consulting groups to ensure cohesive technical solutions

• Lead technical deployment engineering with customers on public cloud workload design
• Provide workshops and training on emerging technologies in ServiceNow

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Consulting Engineer - ServiceNow to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will drive professional services delivery for enterprise clients, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow solutions, technical architecture, and implementation excellence. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping shape standardized, scalable approaches across complex engagements. The position also partners closely with consulting leaders and technical teams to strengthen delivery quality, support growth planning, and enable client success.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $156,000 – $225,000 annually
