Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to build and automate admin processes and develop platform enhancements.
• Experience with Service Catalog (catalog items / request forms) and reporting/dashboards.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Business Rules scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for ServiceNow issues.
• Administer: User access; Group creation and management; Follow SOPs for platform operations.
• Troubleshoot issues across: Workflows; Catalog items; Permissions/access.
• Future Focus (Engineering Work): Build and enhance Service Catalog request forms; Reports and dashboards; Develop and automate manual admin processes; Perform code reviews and platform enhancements; Work across Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
