Job summary

Ardent Principles, Inc. seeks an Applications Developer (ServiceNow) to design and implement ServiceNow applications using agile methodologies and Jira.

You will analyze web-based components, integrate with APIs and databases, and create workflows to improve support, security, and compliance across enterprise environments. Required: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and ServiceNow Developer certification.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• ServiceNow Developer certification is required.
• Experience developing ServiceNow applications and implementing best practices.
• Strong experience with Jira and agile software delivery.
• Ability to analyze, document and design web-based components and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow applications and implement industry best practices.
• Work with agile methodology and Jira to deliver secure, high‑performing systems.
• Analyze and document web-based components and interfaces with databases and web services.
