Tesla Laboratories. Inc. is seeking an Application Developer in Chantilly, Virginia to advance the Sponsor's human capital management IT capabilities. You will develop ServiceNow applications, apply AGILE practices, and support UX/UI improvements across web-based components and data services.

The role emphasizes delivering business value, enhancing performance, and ensuring accessibility standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow development.
• Experience applying industry best practices and accessibility standards.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking.
• Ability to propose recommendations that deliver business value while improving UX/UI, reducing O&M, and accelerating delivery.
• Ability to analyze and document interfaces for decision-making on future development.
• Experience interfacing with web-based databases and generating reports.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or SVN.
• Experience managing Tier 1–Tier 3 support using service management systems.
• Experience creating IT support documents (SOPs, workflows, knowledge bases, checklists, architecture diagrams, security plans).
• Experience with compliance or performance management applications.
• Certification(s): ServiceNow Developer
