Node.Digital LLC is seeking an Application Developer in Chantilly, VA to support ServiceNow applications within an Agile framework. The role requires an active TS/SCI with FS Poly and hands-on development, testing, and documentation of SN features.

Responsibilities include implementing security and development requirements, following document management and reference architectures, and delivering cloud or database-driven solutions with strong UX focus.

Qualifications

• Experience developing ServiceNow applications.
• Experience implementing industry best practices and accessibility standards.
• Experience with agile methodology.
• Experience using Jira.
• Ability to propose business-value improvements focusing on UX/UI, quality and speed of delivery.
• Ability to analyze and document web-based components and interfaces including databases and web services/APIs.
• Experience interfacing with web-based databases and generating reports.
• Experience with version control (GitHub or Subversion).
• Experience in Tier 1–3 IT support using service management systems.
• Experience creating IT support documents (SOPs, checklists, diagrams).
• Experience with compliance or performance management applications.
