Job summary

Nextech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to expand and improve an established ServiceNow environment in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on building forms, workflows, automations, catalog items, and portal-based request experiences.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ITSM experience, plus strong skills with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and platform scripting to deliver practical, scalable solutions and support CMDB-related initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript and scripting.
Strong ITSM knowledge, incidents and requests management.
Experience building forms, workflows, and automations.
Proficiency with Flow Designer and catalog items development.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance forms, workflows, and automations in ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain ITSM solutions for incidents, requests and related processes.
Create and support Service Catalog items, request forms, and portal workflows.
Use Flow Designer to automate business and IT processes.
Improve usability, functionality, and scalability of the ServiceNow environment.
Align new developments with CMDB architecture and best practices.
Troubleshoot issues and propose practical improvements.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
