Qualifications

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflow applications to support business and technical workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, forms, and workflows based on stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for deployed modules and changes.
• Adhere to federal IT standards, DOE/NNSA directives, and NR information system instructions.
• Provide operations support for deployed ServiceNow applications and modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflow applications to support business and technical workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, forms, and workflows based on stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure modules are documented and tracked for audit purposes.
• Provide operations support for deployed ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Coordinate development tasks and communicate progress to management.
• Prepare weekly reports on completed work, risks, and improvements.
