Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications focused on CSM and Service Portals. You will translate requirements into scalable workflows, integrations, and user experiences in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include building Service Portals with HTML/CSS/AngularJS, scripting with JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and leveraging AI/automation features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience building Service Portals with HTML/CSS/AngularJS.
• REST/SOAP integration experience.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications with emphasis on CSM and Service Portals.
• Build and customize Service Portals using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and responsive design.
• Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts and workflows to automate processes.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Apply agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage work and improve throughput.
• Use Excel, ServiceNow reporting, and platform analytics to monitor KPIs and performance.
• Leverage ServiceNow AI and automation (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) to streamline case handling.
• Manage lifecycle, version control, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and configurations.
• Ensure roles, groups, and access controls meet security and compliance.
