Improvix Technologies is hiring for a ServiceNow Developer/Architect to design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, and custom apps in a federal program. Depending on experience, roles may be developer or architect-level, with hybrid on-site work in Washington, DC.

The role requires CAD and CIS ITSM, strong JavaScript skills, and Top Secret clearance or sponsorship for clearance.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience developing and configuring on the ServiceNow platform (5+ years for Developer; 8+ years including lead or architect-level experience).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification — ITSM preferred.
• Strong scripting ability (server-side and client-side JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Experience building Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and functional teams.
• Active Top Secret clearance, or willingness to be sponsored/upgraded to Top Secret.

Clearance:

About The Role

Improvix Technologies is hiring ServiceNow talent across development and architecture levels to support a growing federal program.
