Qualifications

• Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB models
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions on ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Align ServiceNow capabilities to business strategy and roadmap
• Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the platform
• Assist with upgrades, tests, and change management
