Job summary

Belcan is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator in Cincinnati, OH to support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances in a fast-paced Agile environment. The role involves administration, production support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Active Secret Clearance is required. 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, CSA certification, and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow platform administration experience.
Experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB.
CSA certification is required; CIS for SPM/APM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, including routine changes and adjustments.
Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Perform regular system monitoring and verify availability of ServiceNow apps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and patch ServiceNow across instances.
Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and operational tasks.
Provide code reviews and shadow junior admins/developers as needed.
Support production and non-prod instances and monitor support cases.
