Delan Associates, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer to lead QA for a large-scale public sector ServiceNow platform in Columbus, OH.

The role covers test planning, automated and manual testing, and ensuring compliance with FedRAMP security standards throughout upgrades and custom apps. Responsibilities include test strategy, ATF test suites, functional/regression testing, security validation, defect tracking, UAT support, and performance testing to keep the environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software QA with ServiceNow focus.
• Proven ATF experience.
• Strong SDLC & Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow Agile/Test Management.
• Willingness to work onsite in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for ServiceNow modules.
• Automated Testing (ATF): Design, build, and maintain ATF suites for regression testing.
• Functional & Regression Testing: Conduct manual testing of new features and regression cycles.
• Security & Compliance Validation: Ensure configurations meet FedRAMP security controls.
• Defect Management: Track defects and collaborate with Dev/Architecture for root cause.
• UAT Support: Assist BAs in UAT scripts and support stakeholders.
• Performance Testing: Monitor performance during load tests.
