TEKsystems seeks a junior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support daily platform operations and backlog cleanup. The role focuses on enhancing the employee experience through ServiceNow improvements, with a strong customer-service mindset and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include maintenance, catalog items, onboarding workflows, user accounts, basic issue troubleshooting, dashboards, and collaborating with senior developers on platform enhancements.

• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Support user account management and role assignments
• Troubleshoot basic ServiceNow issues and elevate complex problems as needed

• Update existing workflows and configurations to align with current business needs
• Support laptop provisioning and employee onboarding processes
• Work closely with senior developers and administrators on ongoing platform enhancements

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
