We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team as we transition from our current ITSM tool (Cherwell) to the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to the successful implementation and ongoing development of ServiceNow as our enterprise ITSM tool. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow and be comfortable supporting both new implementations and long-term platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to support the implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM module.
• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical development support, including workflows, scripting, integrations, and customizations.
• Support the configuration and customization of core modules and potentially future modules as the platform expands.
• Mentor internal staff and contribute to building internal ServiceNow capabilities over time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with deep understanding of the platform architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow development (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, Script Includes).
• Experience implementing and supporting the ITSM module (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request Management).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid vendor/internal environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide rollouts is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM) are highly desirable.
