Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

As a ServiceNow CMDB Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of this initiative: shaping strategy, driving innovation, and delivering hands-on excellence in Configuration Management (CMDB).

Bring your technical expertise and process-driven mindset to support and elevate enterprise-wide IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives.

What Will You Do:

• ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep technical knowledge, driving platform adoption and championing its strategic value across the organization
• Oversee and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data integrity and alignment with CSDM and ITIL best practices
• Monitor and maintain MID server health to ensure optimal performance and accurate execution of discovery schedules through regular validation and updates
• Manage and optimize integrations with systems like SCCM, vCenter, SolarWinds, AWS, JAMF to ensure accurate, consistent data ingestion into the CMDB
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Patterns to ensure accurate collection, ingestion, and normalization of infrastructure, application, and service data into the CMDB
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure accurate CI identification and relationship mapping, leveraging IRE rules to uphold CMDB integrity
• Conduct regular audits of CI data to validate class assignments, relationships, and attribute accuracy
• Monitor and optimize the CMDB Health Dashboard to maintain the CMDB as a trusted source of truth supporting incident, change, and problem management
• Create and maintain CMDB documentation, including architecture diagrams and training materials, to support knowledge sharing, operational consistency, and governance
