Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The role involves configuring workflows, scripting, and integrating third-party systems while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Configure workflows, scripts, UI policies, and business rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Maintain platform security, performance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting & integrations.
• Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD).
