We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in CyberArk and a strong understanding of workflow integration between ServiceNow and CyberArk. In this role, you will develop, configure, and support secure, automated workflows that bridge identity and access management processes across both platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of ServiceNow development expertise and CyberArk functional knowledge, with a deep understanding of how privileged access management can be orchestrated, automated, and monitored through ServiceNow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement workflow integrations between ServiceNow and CyberArk, including request, approval, provisioning, de-provisioning, and audit logging processes.
- Configure ServiceNow catalog items, flows, and automation scripts that trigger CyberArk actions such as password rotation, safe creation, account onboarding, and access granting.
- Collaborate with IAM, security, and infrastructure teams to align business requirements with secure, scalable workflows.
- Maintain and improve custom applications or modules within ServiceNow related to privileged access request and lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow-CyberArk integrations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Maintain documentation of architecture, data flows, and process definitions for audit and compliance needs.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and changes that may impact integration with CyberArk.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (including scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations).
- 2+ years working with or integrating CyberArk (Privileged Access Security or PAM).
- In-depth understanding of CyberArk-ServiceNow workflows, including provisioning, ticket-based access, vault integration, and session monitoring.
- Experience using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow MID Servers for external system communication.
- Understanding of ITSM, IAM, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer.
- CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry).
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, or government).
- Familiarity with compliance standards like NIST, SOX, or ISO 27001.
