Senior Delivery Consultant - US/ Technology

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and strategic evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert with deep knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong capability to mentor team members, shape platform governance, and collaborate with business stakeholders to build scalable enterprise solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Leadership: Serve as a technical lead for ServiceNow, setting architectural standards, ensuring platform governance, and guiding best practices.
  • Solution Design & Development: Build and maintain advanced ServiceNow components including client/server-side scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom workflows.
  • Module Expertise: Lead design and implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, TSM, TNI, WSD, and GRC.
  • Integration: Create secure, scalable integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into technical requirements through close collaboration with analysts, product owners, and leadership.
  • Platform Optimization: Monitor platform performance, identify areas for automation and enhancement, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards, including auditability, access control, and secure change management.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proven success implementing and customizing modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, Azure, Splunk, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine Studio, and custom applications
  • Working knowledge of ITIL v4 framework
  • Background in the telecom industry is a strong plus
