You will work with COE data models, ACL-driven security, and automation tools like IntegrationHub and Flow Designer, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to upgrades and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience across HRSD/ITSM.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro.
• Security-first mindset for HR data with ACLs and access controls.
• Experience building enterprise HR integrations and automation.
• Familiarity with Now Assist/GenAI and Virtual Agent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Configure Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro.
• Design COE data models, custom case types, and HR service catalogs.
• Implement secure HR workflows using COE Security Policies and ACLs.
• Develop integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM via IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Leverage Flow Designer, AWA, VA, Now Assist/GenAI, and Performance Analytics.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and automated testing with ATF.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor juniors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Configure Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro.
• Design COE data models, custom case types, and HR service catalogs following out-of-the-box architecture standards.
• Implement secure HR workflows using COE Security Policies, ACLs, contextual security, User Criteria, and HR Criteria.
• Ensure confidentiality and appropriate access controls for sensitive employee data.
• Develop integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Leverage Flow Designer, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), Virtual Agent, Now Assist/GenAI, and Performance Analytics.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, automated testing using ATF, and platform upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor junior team members.
