We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

ServiceNow Developer

This person will be responsible for the development of:

• SAMPro Maturation
• SAMPro Workspace
• HAMPro Implementation
• Integrations
• ServicePortal

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM and SAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and designing, developing, and implementing solutions within ServiceNow to optimize asset management and ensure data accuracy.
• Strong skills in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules, especially for Asset Management functionalities, including applications, forms, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, ACLs, and UI Builder.
• Ability to design workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline processes.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to asset management, data discrepancies, and system integrations.
• Providing technical guidance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Staying updated with ServiceNow features, industry trends, and driving innovation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT operations, procurement, and finance.
• Documenting technical designs and configurations.
• Providing advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
• Developing and troubleshooting integrations within ServiceGPI for SAM Pro and CI data accuracy.
• Configuring core components like Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, SAM Pro, and Reporting.

Note: US Citizenship preferred.

Minimum / Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience as a Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• 4+ years of CMDB and integration experience.
• 3+ years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
• 3+ years of Service Portal experience.
