Senior Developer – ITAM & Integration with expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ITAM solutions, ensuring seamless integrations with third-party tools, and optimizing asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement ITAM solutions in ServiceNow, including Hardware Asset Management (HAMPro) and Software Asset Management (SAMPro).
2. Design and develop integrations with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, Qualys, AWS, Azure) using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and API connectors.
3. Proven experience with working in highly secured environments with data governance
4. Configure workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to enhance asset tracking and compliance.
5. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure alignment with best practices.
6. Perform data reconciliation, normalization, and mapping for accurate asset discovery.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and optimize system performance.
8. Stay up to date with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices in ITAM implementation and integrations.
9. Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAMPro & SAMPro) implementation for handling all sorts of enterprise assets.
10. Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
11. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
12. Knowledge of ITIL, asset lifecycle management, and software compliance.
13. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Qualys, and ServiceNow cloud discovery for AWS, Azure devices.
14. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
